How can I amend the date on my booking?
You are unable to amend your booking online or via phone, you must rebook your journey with the correct information and then email sales@commonwealthcoaches.co.uk for a refund. Please note an admin fee of £5.00 will be chargeable for all amendments/ changes.
How can I cancel my booking altogether and get a refund?
You are unable to cancel your journey online or via telephone, please email sales@commonwealthcoaches.co.uk and request your booking to be cancelled, please provide your name and ticket details in order for us to process your refund. Please note a cancellation fee may be implied.
What are the chargeable fee’s?
Any changes to booking date or times will incur a £5.00 admin fee, regardless of notice period given.
Any complete cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice will incur a £5.00 admin fee
Any complete cancellations providing only 24/48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the ticket price.
